Reviews and local listings.
Steady new reviews, asked for the right way and every one answered. And your name, address and phone the same everywhere Google looks.
What you get.
- Asked for after every job Automatic requests, plus a QR code and short link for the truck.
- Every review answered A reply routine, and the backlog answered with your approval.
- The same everywhere Google looks Name, address and phone fixed across listings, then watched.
How it works
I set up automatic review requests that go out after a job, a QR code and a short link for the truck and the counter, and a reply routine so no review sits unanswered. I reply to the backlog, with your approval on each one.
No gating, no buying, no reviews from staff or family. Those get profiles suspended, and Google removes them anyway.
Listings are the quieter half. I find every listing of the business across the directories and data providers, fix the drift (old addresses, a second phone number, a misspelled name), suppress duplicates, and fill the core profiles that are missing. After that, monitoring: when a listing changes on its own, it gets corrected.
