Launch · Step 2 for a new business

Everything a new business needs online, in about 90 days.

I build the website, set up and verify the Google Business Profile, fill the listings, switch on reviews, lead handling and tracking, and post the first social series, in the right order, with support through month six. $1,250 a month for 6 months, then Grow at $900. Arizona first; any state after that.

Who it's for

A new or opening business, in its first year.

Opening in Arizona

A business opening in Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Queen Creek, Scottsdale, Phoenix or anywhere in the state. I am in Gilbert. The market depth, the Registrar of Contractors rules and the seasonal calendar are things I work with every week.

Opening anywhere in the US

The same build runs in any state. My clients are in Arizona, Colorado and Utah, and every piece of the work happens online, in accounts you own.

A relaunch or a second location

A rebrand, a new trade name or a second location that needs its own profile, pages and listings gets the same build. A business already open with a site and a profile usually wants Optimize instead.

What's included

Ten things, every one of them finished.

This is the list from the pricing page, one item at a time. Nothing on it is a stretch goal; the build is not done until all ten are.

  1. 01

    Identity and accounts

Domain, email, Google and Meta accounts, all created in your name from day one. If something already exists under a developer or a friend, I move it to you first.

  2. 02

    Brand basics

Logo file cleanup, colors, type, and the templates you will reuse: the social frame, the review card, the email signature.

  3. 03

A website of about ten pages

Home, services, areas, about, contact, and the pages your trade needs, written and built for local search, fast, and yours to edit. Hosting, security and updates then run in Grow.

  4. 04

    Google Business Profile

Created and verified, with categories, services, areas, photos, products and a description written to the rules. For a new local business the profile is the biggest lever, so it goes first.

  5. 05

    Core profiles and listings

The directories and data aggregators that feed the rest, with one consistent name, address and phone. For Arizona contractors, the ROC number on every listing that takes one.

  6. 06

    A review system

Automatic review requests after each job, a link and a QR code for the counter, and a reply routine so every review gets an answer.

  7. 07

    Lead handling

Missed-call text-back, form routing, and a check that every lead reaches a person. A new business cannot afford to miss its first calls.

  8. 08

Foundational links and the social launch series

The chambers, associations and local directories that carry weight in your market, and a first series of posts on Facebook and Instagram so the profiles are not empty when a customer looks.

  9. 09

    Tracking and your dashboard

GA4, Search Console, call and form tracking, and a live page at clients.cwbrannan.com showing search, calls, reviews and what shipped.

  10. 10

    Owner training and launch support

A walkthrough of everything, written down, and support through month six while the first customers arrive.

What the build produces.

Two client sites on the pattern and the dashboard every client gets, all live today.

The roofapx.com homepage
roofapx.com, built for APX Roofing on the same site pattern. On the work page.
The denaliroofing.llc homepage
denaliroofing.llc, built for Denali Roofing. On the work page.
The cwbrannan.com client dashboard: a card listing what shipped, and tiles for Google clicks, impressions, reviews and calls over the last 28 days
The dashboard every client gets. This one is my own, captured October 19, 2026.
The 90 days

In the order it happens.

The slow steps start first and the visible ones land together, so you open with the whole presence in place rather than a site and an empty profile.

01

Accounts and the profile

Everything created in your name. The Google Business Profile is submitted for verification on day one, because verification is the slowest step.

Weeks 1 to 2
02

The site and the listings

The website built and reviewed with you page by page. Listings and aggregators filled while the site is in progress, all with the same name, address and phone.

Weeks 3 to 6
03

Reviews, leads, tracking, social

The review system, lead handling, tracking and the dashboard switched on. The first social series posted. You open with the whole presence in place.

Weeks 7 to 12
04

Launch support, then Grow

Fixes, questions and the first monthly report. At month six the website transfers to you and the plan moves to Grow, month to month.

Months 4 to 6
Arizona first

What opening in Arizona changes.

Most of the build is the same in any state. Four things are not, and all four are cheaper to get right before the first listing goes out than to fix a year in.

The ROC number, everywhere

Arizona requires licensed contractors to show the Registrar of Contractors number in their advertising. It goes on the site, the Google profile and every listing that has a field for it, from the first day.

One name, from the filing down

The Arizona Corporation Commission filing, the trade name, the Google profile and every listing match exactly, so the first citations are clean instead of a cleanup job later.

A calendar that is actually local

Monsoon season for roofers, summer for HVAC, snowbird season for half the service categories in the metro. Content and profile activity are scheduled six to eight weeks ahead of each peak.

Where the business sits decides where it ranks

The map pack is gated by the city the business is registered in, not by how far you will drive. I check that before the first listing goes out, while it is still cheap to change.

Outside Arizona the same build runs with the state's own license rules and directories. Named clients in Colorado and Utah are on the work page; the Arizona city guides start with Gilbert and Phoenix.

What you own, and what it costs

Yours from day one.

  • Every Google, Meta and directory account is created in your name before anything else is built.
  • The website transfers to you at the final payment, with the code and the content.
  • Ad accounts and ad spend are yours. I manage from the outside; the history stays with you.
  • Your dashboard at clients.cwbrannan.com shows what was done, when, and what moved, whether or not we keep working together.
