As of this writing, white-label local SEO fulfillment runs roughly $200 to $1,500+ per client per month, and the spread reflects real differences in what agencies receive. My own partnership is priced at a flat $1,497/month for up to 3 client sites delivered under your brand.
What the market charges
Per-client monthly pricing is the dominant model, and it splits into three visible bands:
- $200-$500/month — offshore or heavily templated fulfillment. Works for genuinely simple, low-competition markets; fails where ranking requires competitive research and market-specific content.
- $400-$900/month — mid-tier providers blending US account management with offshore production.
- $500-$1,500+/month — US-based specialist fulfillment with real competitive research and reporting your account managers can forward without editing.
One-off deliverables price separately: white-label audits typically run $60-$250 wholesale, citation campaigns $75-$300, and content roughly $50-$300 per page depending on quality tier. These are market ranges, not promises — the full pricing breakdown covers the models, the margin math, and the red flags in cheap fulfillment.
Why the spread is real
The gap between $200/month and $1,500/month isn’t marketing markup. It buys three things: where the work is done (research-intensive local SEO is one of the disciplines least suited to templating), reporting quality (a tool export with your logo versus a report a client can actually read), and communication (a ticket queue versus a named person on a direct channel). Cheap fulfillment tends to shift labor back onto the agency — quality-checking, rewriting, apologizing — and that labor is the difference between the price on the invoice and the real cost.
What my partnership costs
One tier, simple terms, published on the agency partnership page:
- $1,497/month for up to 3 client sites per month delivered under your brand — roughly $499 per site at full capacity.
- Scope: standard monthly local SEO delivery (GBP, citations, reviews, content, reporting), with a 2-week audit and onboarding phase per client.
- Structure: mutual NDA before any client discussion, direct Slack channel, monthly delivery ops call, quarterly strategy review, and standard SOP templates you can brand and reuse.
- Terms: 6-month minimum partnership, then 60-day termination either side with knowledge-transfer obligations. The typical partnership runs 18+ months.
That lands at the lower edge of the US-based specialist band with the communication layer of the top of it — deliberately. It’s not a volume model: as of this writing there are two active peer agency partnerships and capacity for one more, and when that slot fills, new inquiries go on a waitlist.
The comparison that actually matters
The alternative to white-label fulfillment isn’t free — it’s a hire. One full-time local SEO specialist runs $70-100K per year all-in. The partnership is $18K/year for 3 sites/month of delivery: capacity without fixed overhead, scalable without carrying payroll through slow quarters.
When you’re comparing providers, ignore the month-one margin and run margin multiplied by retention. Commodity fulfillment wins the first invoice; fulfillment that visibly moves rankings wins the client lifetime, usually by a factor of two or more.
