The $197 audit is a custom-built deliverable, not a templated report. Every audit is shaped to the specific business, market, and competitive landscape. Here’s what’s inside.
The 12 sections
Every audit covers these areas, with depth allocated to where the largest opportunities live:
- Technical SEO: crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, mobile usability, structured data validity, sitemap health, robots.txt issues, redirect chains.
- On-page optimization: title tags, meta descriptions, header hierarchy, internal linking patterns, keyword targeting alignment, content depth.
- Google Business Profile: 35-point optimization checklist — primary category alignment, secondary categories, attributes, services, products, photos, posts, Q&A, hours, attributes.
- Citations & NAP consistency: top 60 citation audit across the directory ecosystem, NAP variance flagging, missing-citation opportunities by industry.
- Reviews: review velocity vs. competitors, response rate, sentiment patterns, schema deployment, opportunities to fix gaps.
- Content: existing content audit, gap analysis vs. ranking competitors, topical authority assessment, content cadence recommendation.
- Competitive analysis: 3-5 direct competitors fully profiled — their backlinks, content depth, GBP optimization, citation footprint, review velocity. Where they beat you, where you beat them, where the gaps are.
- Schema markup: LocalBusiness, FAQ, Service, Review schema review and gaps. What’s deployed, what’s missing, what’s broken.
- Local pack analysis: current ranking position by service-area + keyword combination, competitive heatmap, proximity-to-searcher modeling.
- Mobile experience: mobile crawl issues, page speed, tap targets, visual stability, mobile-specific UX problems.
- Analytics & tracking: GA4 setup, GSC connection, conversion tracking, call tracking, what’s measured vs. what should be.
- Prioritized roadmap: every issue surfaced, scored by impact x effort, sequenced into 30-day, 90-day, and 6-month action lists.
What you get physically
A 40+ page PDF deliverable with screenshots, data tables, annotated examples, and explicit before/after recommendations. Not a checklist — a written analysis that explains why each issue matters and what to do about it.
You also get a 30-minute walkthrough call where I run through the findings, answer questions, and make sure the prioritized roadmap is actually implementable on your end. The call is included; no upsell pressure.
Who implements it
Your call. Three common paths:
- You implement it yourself. The roadmap is specific enough that an in-house marketer or technically-savvy owner can work through it. Some clients do exactly this and never come back — which is fine.
- You hand it to your existing agency. If you have an agency that’s underperforming, the audit gives them a concrete to-do list and accountability framework.
- You engage a retainer with me. Local SEO Management at $1,297/month or Full Stack at $1,897/month executes the roadmap; the $197 credits toward your first month within 90 days.
What it’s not
It’s not a sales document. The audit calls out everything — including issues that fall outside what I’d implement on a retainer. If your highest-leverage win is “fire your current web developer and rebuild on something modern,” the audit will say that, even though I don’t do website builds.
It’s also not a guarantee. The audit forecasts realistic outcomes based on your starting conditions and market — see do you guarantee rankings for why no honest consultant promises rankings.
